Do flight nannies ever let someone else watch the pet?

Your pup’s safety is our top priority. Only our Flight Nannies handle your puppy from start to finish. While we have never encountered a medical emergency, our team is fully trained to recognize early signs of distress and take prompt action if ever needed.

We carry individual water bottles to ensure your pup stays properly hydrated and monitor them closely at all times. Each puppy is vet-checked prior to travel, giving us added assurance that they are healthy and safe for their journey. Every pup in our care is our highest priority. We are committed to going above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

What happens when there is a flight delay?

Our Pet Nannies keep all parties updated every step of the way. We carry extra food and all essential supplies to keep your pup comfortable — including blankets and pajamas. If circumstances require, we’re fully prepared to book a warm, pet-friendly hotel for an overnight stay. We are insured to be prepared for emergencies of any kind.

What happens during mobile drives?

For their safety and comfort, pets are transported in secure carriers. On longer journeys, we provide supervised stretch breaks so they can relax and move around before continuing the trip.
