Flight Coordination & Pricing
We work closely with the airlines to secure the most convenient flight schedules and the best available pricing for everyone involved. Our goal is always to obtain the lowest possible airfare so we can pass those savings directly on to our clients.

Quotes, Contracts & Deposits
All fees, services, and details will be clearly outlined in your contract. Once the contract is accepted and the required deposit is received — including all applicable flight fees — the agreement becomes legally binding.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our refund and cancellation policies will be clearly stated in your contract so there are no surprises.

Please note:
Flights paid for within ten (10) days of departure are non-refundable. However, in certain cases, those funds may be applied as a credit toward another available date, subject to airline policies and availability.
